The closest airport to fly into is Milan Malpensa (MXP) - approx. 19 miles away from the venue location. From the airport, the best option is to rent a car and drive the remainder of the way. An alternative is to then take the train at Orta-Miasino Station: This is the nearest station (approx. 24-minute walk or a short taxi ride). Trains from Milan often require a change in Novara. The hotel has its own boat service for transport, and public ferries stop nearby at Orta San Giulio.

In late June, Lake Orta, Italy, experiences warm, pleasant summer weather with daytime highs around 77 - 80 degrees and cooler evenings, with lows around 57-60 degrees. It is sunny, but also humid, and afternoon thunderstorms are possible, which are typical for this region. Our wedding ceremony and reception will be outside, please plan accordingly. We do have an alternative plan incase of rain, but please plan to be outside for the wedding!

We have a hard date for RSPV'ing. With the destination wedding, we need to make sure we have all information in advance so we can align accommodations. If you miss our RSVP date, then we are planning for you to not be in attendance at our wedding and there for you cannot come - too bad, so sad.
